Survey Terms and Conditions

Any participant completing a ‘Your Packaging Matters’ survey and opting into the prize draw who is aged over 18 will be entered into a draw to win one of four £100 Amazon vouchers.
The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
You may opt-out of entry on page 7 of the survey or by contacting BridgeInsight by email at info@bridgeinsight.expert.
A participant can only qualify for entry into the draw once.
A participant may only win one prize.
The prize will take place on July 30^th 2024 at BridgeInsight Postbus 13060, 2501EB The Hague, Netherlands. Surveys completed after this date are not valid for entry into the prize draw.
Winners will be notified within seven working days of the draw by email or telephone (using details provided to BridgeInsight during completion of the survey).
The expiry date of the gift voucher will be displayed on the voucher. You will usually have until 23:59 on the Expiry Date to redeem the voucher.
The winner is chosen at random from all the survey participants opting into the prize draw during a draw which is verified and logged by an independent service.
Please provide us with your most up-to-date information during the survey so we can contact you if you win. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, another winner will be chosen!
The prize will be sent to the winners by e-mail. BridgeInsight cannot accept responsibility for e-mails which aren’t received by the winners for technical reasons or other reasons.
BridgeInsight makes no statements or warranties of any kind regarding products or services provided by third parties in connection with any promotion or prize drawing. BridgeInsight shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for any loss or damage, howsoever arising, suffered by entrant resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this prize draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits BridgeInsight’s liability for death, personal injury or fraud. BridgeInsight is not responsible for the performance or non-performance of services by third parties.
The prize for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The prize draw is not open to any agents involved in the competition.
BridgeInsight reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the BridgeInsight’s control makes it necessary to do so.
Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt of an entry. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or undelivered entries.
BridgeInsight accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
BridgeIsight reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of the Rules or the Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Rules or the Terms and Conditions or other policies of BridgeInsight.
The official rules of the prize Draw are contained in these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions and indicate their understanding that the results of the prize draw are final in all respects. All decisions relating to this prize draw, including but not limited to the selection of the Winner, are made by BridgeInsight, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects and are not subject to dispute. Entries that do not comply with these official rules will not be accepted and will not be eligible for the prize draw. Any attempt to manipulate the prize draw is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.
If BridgeInsight suspects or knows that a participant has been involved in fraudulent or illegal activities, BridgeInsight reserves the right to disqualify that participant and all related participants.
BridgeInsight reserves the right to invalidate, suspend, modify or cancel the prize draw at any time.
BridgeInsight may engage a third party to act as an independent service to verify and log the prize draw and may provide certain personal data to them. This third party service provider is subject to confidentiality agreements with BridgeInight and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced tasks.
Your personal data will be used by BridgeInsight in connection with and to determine the prize winner of the prize draw
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Each party irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts over any claim or matter arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
